DF系列机车轮对轮箍加装扣环后的力学分析(一)

摘要 叙述了机车轮对轮箍加装扣环方案的必要性和可行性。采用Solid Works软件建立了轮对的参数化三维实体模型,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对机车轮对轮箍加装扣环前后的受力情况进行分析,分别求出了轮对的应力分布并进行了对比分析。结果表明轮对加装扣环处的最大应力均小于许用应力,证明了机车轮对轮箍加装扣环后对其强度的影响是有限的。 The necessity and feasiblity are related about fixing circlet on the locomotive wheelset-rim in this paper.Three-dimension parameters entity model of the wheelset is established by using software SOLIDWORKS and it's mechanics-action is analysed before-and-after fixing circlet on the locomotive wheelset-rim using universal finite element software ANSYS8.0,wheel stresses are calculated and compared each other.The results indicate that the maximum stress on the wheel is all less than the yield stress,and it also prove that the influence to the wheel's structural intensity is limited,the safety factor is large enough.
