摘要
根据城市化与生态环境交互作用的时空规律,基于协同论的观点指出城市化与生态环境协调的评判标准并构建了二者之间的协调度模型。模型分为功效函数、协调度函数和序参量体系,其中序参量的选取及其上下限的确定是模型能正确应用的关键。应用此模型,以江苏省为例进行了实证研究。研究表明,该协调标准和模型意义明确、应用简单,能有效判别区域间城市化与生态环境协调的不同发展层次,对于协调区域城市化发展与生态环境保护等具有一定的意义。
Based on synergistic theory and the interaction regularity between urbanization and ecological environment, this paper puts forward the coordinative criteria and coordination degree model. The model includes efficacy function, coordination degree function and its parameter system, which the choice of parameter and determination of upper and lower limits are crucial for its available application. Take Jiangsu provinces as a case, an empirical study has been made with this model. The study shows that the coordinative criteria and model are univocal and easy to apply. They can effectively distinguish the different development levels of regional urbanization and eco-environment coordination, and are effective for coordinating regional urbanization development and eco-environment protection.
