摘要
丙烯酸树脂分散体作为羟基组分与亲水改性多异氰酸酯配漆,制备水性双组分聚氨酯涂料,研究了丙烯酸树脂分散体的羟值、酸值、玻璃化转变温度等对涂膜性能的影响;用红外光谱仪表征了固化膜的结构,用扫描电镜观察了固化膜的表面形态。结果表明:涂膜的机械性能较好,但耐化学品性和耐水性较差;羟值在100mgKOH/g时性能较好。
The title 2K waterborne polyurethane coatings has been prepared by use of acrylic dispersion as hydroxyl component combined with polyisocyanate. Influence of —OH value, acid value and T_g of acrylic dispersion on film performance is discussed. The structures of film are characterized using FT-IR; and the surface morphology of cured film is featured by use of SEM. It has shown that the film shows good mechanical properties, but unsatisfied chemical and water resistance. 100 mg KOH / g of the acrylic dispersion will give better performance.
