摘要
对环氧和双马树脂进行96℃热水老化处理后,再经60℃恒温干燥脱水处理。分别测量了两个过程的吸水率、脱水率与时间的关系,计算了它们的平衡含水(脱水)量M∞、扩散系数Dx、动力学参数k和n、渗透系数P,阐明了两种树脂的吸水和脱水过程均源于扩散。其次,比较了两种树脂的弯曲性能,实验结果表明经热水老化的两种树脂性能明显降低;干燥脱水能使树脂弯曲性能得到恢复,但依然低于树脂的初始性能。
Epoxy and bismaleimide resins were treated in hot water at 96℃. After that, the resins that reached water-absorption equilibrium were dried at 60℃. The relationships between water-uptake (water loss) and immersed time were measured, and the equilibrium water-absorption (water-desorption) content M_∞, diffusion coefficient D_x, kinetics parameter k,n, and permeability coefficient P was calculated, respectively. The calculated results show that water-absorption (water-desorption) of resins were controlled by diffusion in the range of investigated time. It is found that bending properties of both resins obviously decreased after hot-water aging. Drying contributed to restore the bending properties of resins after aging. However, the bending properties of resins after drying were still lower than those initially.
