公共卫生事件的心理应激及心理干预是现代公共卫生研究的焦点课题,突发性公共卫生事件导致公众心理应激反应,并对个人、经济与社会产生消极影响。针对公共卫生事件,应从以下几个方面进行心理应激干预:一是建立危机干预系统,积极开展心理援助;二是开展心理应激研究,构建社会支持系统;三是造就积极心理品质,培养公众的心理承受能力。

Quickly tackling and interference of psychology on public sanitation accident is the focus of modern public sanitation study.This paper discusses the quickly tackling reaction of psychology and negative effect of (public) sanitation accident and explores interfering strategies of quickly tackling of psychology from the following aspects:1)To establish the crisis interfering system and develop the psychology aid actively;2)To develop the study of quickly tackling of psychology and establish social supporting system;and 3)To form the positive psychology qualities and cultivate the public psychology endurance.
