摘要
以高温、LiCl、LiCl+UV、甲胺+UV、吖啶橙等理化诱变剂对玫瑰降红色小单孢菌M-90进行诱变育种。高温、LiCl+UV、甲胺+UV、吖啶橙处理后都得到了高产菌株。其中以高温、LiCl+UV效果最好。经过复筛与传代,得到了具有遗传稳定性的高产菌株,且发酵液中非活性组分较出发菌株减少。
This paper reported mutation breeding of Micromonospora roseorubra M-90 with high-temperature,LiCl,LiCl+UV,methylamine+UV and acriding orange.The results showed that high-yielding mutants were obtained by the treatments or all these mutagens.It was found that high-temperature and LiCl+UV were the better mutagens than the others.After rescreening and reproductions,it is indicated that these high-yielding mutants have inheritable stability and the inactive components are reduced compared with the NS strain.
