摘要 用直流电弧等离子体法在不同气氛下制备Ti Al合金纳米粉材料和新型Ti Al合金微米棒.通过X ray、扫描电镜(SEM)等仪器对样品进行分析,在不同的氮含量气氛下制备的纳米粉体成分相近.制备出的Ti Al合金微米棒直径为1~2μm、长度大于100μm,有明显的竹节型,并进行了生长机理研究. Ti-Al nanopowders and microrods were successfully synthesized by dc arc-discharge in H_2+Ar with N_2. Composition? morphologies? microstructures were characterized by using XRD?SEM. In different percent of N_2, the composition of nanopowders is almost the same. The synthesized Ti-Al microrods with bamboo joints have the diameters ranging from 1 to 2 μm and the lengths over 100 μm. The growth (mechanism) of Ti-Al microrods was also studied.
