摘要
目的:观察D-半乳糖衰老大鼠抗氧化能力及血脂含量的变化。方法:D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型,检测大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)的含量。结果:衰老大鼠血清SOD活性下降、MDA水平升高,与正常大鼠相比有显著差异(P<0.01);衰老大鼠血清中TC、TG的含量明显高于正常大鼠(P<0.05,P<0.01);模型大鼠血清中HDLC的含量则明显低于正常大鼠(P<0.05)。结论:D-半乳糖衰老大鼠抗氧化能力下降、血脂代谢紊乱,这可能是D-半乳糖致衰老的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the anti-aging ability and blood lipid changes of D-gal aging rats. Methods: The sub-acutely aging rats were made by injecting D-gal into the rats' abdominal cavity continually. Then the SOD, MDA, TC, TG and HDL-C contents in serum were detected respectively. Results:In serum of aging rats the SOD level decreased and MDA contents increased significantly compared with normal rats (P<0.01). The TC, TG contents in serum of aging rats were obviously higher than normal rats (P<0.05, P<0.01), while the HDL-C contents in serum of aging rats was distinctly lower than normal rats (P<0.05). Conclusions: In aging rats, the anti-aging ability decreased and blood lipid metabolized disorderly, this might be one of the mechanisms that D-gal inducing aging.
