金雀根化学成分的研究

^Chemical constituents of Caragana sinica

从金雀根［Ｃａｒａｇａｎａｓｉｎｉｃａ（Ｂｕｃ＇ｈｏｚ）Ｒｅｈｄ］的乙醇浸膏中分离出５个化合物，根据理化数据和光谱分析，其中４个脂溶性化合物分别鉴定为：蜡酸、β－谷甾醇、齐墩果酸、胡萝卜甙。１个水溶性成分鉴定为下箴桐碱。除β－谷甾醇外，其余４个成分为首次从该植物中分得。

Chinese medicine Jinquegen,the roots of Caragana sinica(Buc’hoz)Rehd(Legumi-nosae),has been used in to treat hypertension,gynecological diseases and arthritis. Pharmacologi-cal studies on 95%ethanol extract of this plant showed KB cell growth inhibitory and protein ki-nase C inhibitory effects. In our chemical study,four lipophilic components and one water solublecomponent were isolated from this drug:cerotic acid,β-sitosterol,oleanolic acid,daucosterol andhypaphorine respectively.Except β-sitosterol,the other four components reported in this paperwere isolated for the fitst time from this plant.
