摘要
无溶剂微波照射下,硫酸氢铵催化季戊四醇和醛、酮反应生成季戊四醇双缩醛、酮化合物。该反应有操作简单、反应时间短(1~2min)、产率中等(53%~82%)和环境污染小等特点。通过IR和1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征,研究了反应条件对产率的影响,最佳反应条件为:微波照射功率750W,照射时间1.5min。
Efficient conversion of pentaerythritol with aldehyde or ketone to the corresponding pentaerythritol diacetal or diketal in the presence of ammonium hydrogen sulfate under microwave irradiation without solvent was achieved.This method has the advantages of simplicity in operation,moderate yields(53%~82%),short reaction time(1~2 min) and minimal environmental impact.Structures of the products were characterized by IR and 1HNMR.Effect of reaction conditions on the yield was studied.The best reaction conditions were microwave irradiation power 750 W and microwave irradiation time 1.5 min.
