摘要
本文报导了低频脉冲磁场辐照小白鼠使其白细胞变化的规律。实验结果表明,辐照次数少时,即辐照时间短,脉冲磁场促使小白鼠白细胞增加(P<0.05);而辐照次数多时,即辐照时间长,则引起白细胞数目减少(p<0.01),从白细胞上升到下降,存在一段不增不减的过程,这说明磁场和激光等其他物理因子一样,弱作用引起刺激效应,强作用引起抑制效应。
This paper reports the observation on changes of leukocyte number of micewhich are exposed to low一frequency pulse magnetic fields.The experiment8hows that leukocyte number increases when the exposure time is shorter anddecreases when the exposure time is longer。The result demonstrates that like other physical factors such as Laser thepulse magnetic fields produce stimulative effect when the intensity of exposure isweaker and produce inhibitory effect when intensity is stronger。
