酒店收益管理中预测问题综述 被引量:2

摘要 经过40年的发展,收益管理已经在航空业、饭店业、汽车出租业、航运业、影剧院业、广播电视业和公用事业等行业取得了巨大的成功。而收益管理的所有策略和方法都离不开预测技术的支持。因此本文从介绍收益管理发展的历史渊源入手,在对收益管理的内涵进行了深刻研究的基础上,详细阐述了收益管理问题中预测技术的机理和方法,提出了今后预测技术的发展方向,为进一步的研究奠定了基础。
