摘要
采用中和法制备诺氟沙星－β－环糊精包合物并经差示扫描量热法证实。选择市售胶囊作对照进行体外溶出度及体内相对生物利用度测定，结果表明，制成包含物后，诺氟沙星的溶出度及生物利用度均有显著提高。
The norfloxacin-β-cyclodextrin complex prepared by neutralization method was confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry.The dissolution rate and the relative bioavailability of the complex were improved significantly in comparison with marketed capsules.The results indicated that β-cyclodextrin could be a useful additive to solid norfloxacin formulations.
