摘要
自上世纪初逻辑实证主义影响下量的评估就一直在生涯咨询中占主导地位。近年来建构主义对生涯咨询的影响逐渐增加,质的评估越来越突出。文章立足于两种不同的世界观基础,比较了量和质的生涯评估模式及其特征,并探讨如何发展质的生涯评估过程。
Influenced by the logical positivist world outlook, quantitative career assessment has prevailed in career counseling since its beginnings in the early 1900s. However, with the growing influence on career counseling of constructivism in recent years, qualitative career assessment has become outstanding. On the basis of Two different world outlooks, the paper discusses the different patterns and natures of qualitative and quantitative career assessment, introduces the situation of career counseling assessment, and suggests how to develop qualitative career assessment processes, intending to provide a theoretical basis for integrating the two in practice.
