摘要
应用二阶导数光谱法测定器械消毒液中苯扎溴胺(新洁尔灭)的含量。以265nm和276nm波长处的峰、谷之间的振幅值作为苯扎溴胺的定量信息,求得相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.5%,变异系数为CV=±10.72%。
he quantity of benzalkonium bromide in liquor for desinfection was determined by the second derivative Uv spectrom etry. The Peak to peak amplitude at the wavelengths of 265 and 267 nm was taken for quantitative determination. The correla-tion coefficient was calculated to be 0.9998,the average recovery was 100. 5%and the coefficient of variation was 0.72%.
