摘要
目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者使用Bipap呼吸机的依从性现状,提供开展Bipap护理的依据。方法对52例使用Bipap的COPD患者进行治疗效果观察和依从性调查,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组进行研究分析。结果观察组中92.30%的患者能遵医嘱完成Bipap氧疗,对照组53.84%,P<0.05。结论床旁陪伴和知识宣教等护理措施能提高COPD患者的Bipap氧疗的依从性。
Objective To understand the current situation of dependence on Bipap for COPD patients, and provide the evidence of Bipap nursing. Methods To make a survey on dependence and curative effect of Bipap by 52 patients, who are divided into observing group and control group at random. Results 92.30% patients in observing group can complete Bipap oxygen therapy to follow the doctor′s advice, 53.84% patients in control group can do it too,P<0.05. Conclusion It can improve dependence of Bipap oxygen therapy for COPD patients by bedside company and knowledge education.
