摘要
采用更高电压等级以提高输电的经济性是西电东送的重要课题。输电工程的电磁环境与民众健康和工程造价密切相关,是提高输电电压时必须考虑的重大技术问题。对国内外交流特高压和直流±800kV及以上电压等级输电所涉及的无线电干扰、可听噪声、工频电场、工频磁场、直流合成场强和离子流的研究进行了分析;提出了电磁环境有关量的限值建议;给出了改善电磁环境的方法措施;提出了需进一步研究和解决的问题。
It is a significant problem for 'Electric Power Transmission from West to East' strategy to use the next voltage level of transmission system due to economy. The oversea and domestic achievements in scientific research on the questions about electromagnetic environment from AC ultra high voltage (UHV) and ±800 kV and above DC transmission system, such as radio interference, audible noise, electric fields and biological effect on objects were analyzed and discussed in this report. The suggestions on limit of the next voltage level transmission system's electromagnetic environment are made, which conform to the situation in China. And some methods of improving their electromagnetic environment are given. The questions on their electromagnetic environment that need to further study and solve are suggested in the end.
