On Construction of Law on Prevention and Control of Family Violence

家庭暴力已经成为全球性的问题。如何规制这种社会现象成为我国面临的重要课题,制定一部家庭暴力防治法应当是目前解决这一问题的根本举措。本文对家庭暴力防治法的内涵、制定的必要性及其具体建构等问题进行了初步分析。

Family violence has become an international issue. So how to regulate this kind of phenomenon has become an important topic our country faces. To make a law of prevention and control on family violence is the fundamental measure to solve the problem. This text analyses the connotation of the law on prevention and control of family violence, the necessity of making it and its detail problems of construction.
