摘要
目的 寻找理想的支架材料,探讨目前骨组织工程研究的热点。方法 本文对用于骨组织工程支架材抖的天然生物衍生材料、聚合物类材料、陶瓷材料及其复合材料等的研究现状进行综述。结果 分析了这些材料的优缺点,并对骨组织工程支架材料发展趋势进行了展望。结论 骨组织工程支架材料的研究甚多,进展也很快,但尚未找到一种理想的材料,还有很多的有待解决的问题。
Objective To find a perfect scaffold material has attracted the great interest of many biomaterials researchers. Methods This paper summarizes the current studies on some biomaterials scaffold for bone tissue engineering, including materials derived from natural biological organism, macromclecule materials, ceramics materials and their compound materials. Results The advantages and disadvantages of these materials and the development trend of the scaffold material for bone tissue engineering are also analyzed. Conclusion Bone tissue engineering is the very hot subject today, and development is very fast. But still a lot of methods exist.
