妊娠期子宫NK细胞功能的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 目前的研究资料表明妊娠子宫中最主要的淋巴细胞是子宫NK细胞,即uNK细胞,它的表型为CD56brightCD16-,现普遍认为uNK细胞在胚胎的正常生长、分化和植入等过程中发挥了重要作用。文章主要介绍了uNK细胞的独特性及妊娠期激素对uNK细胞的影响,重点论述妊娠期uNK细胞在维持母-胎界面的血管重建及免疫平衡过程中的重要作用以及与病理性妊娠的关系。
