摘要
建立一种以结晶紫作显色剂,用分光光度法测定Fenton反应产生的·OH的新方法。在pH4.0条件下,Fenton反应所产生的羟自由基与结晶紫作用后使吸光度(A)降低,在580nm处用分光光度计测定其A值变化,可间接测定羟自由基的生产量。通过对测定条件的研究,得到最佳实验条件。结晶紫光度法稳定性好,可作为一种简便的筛选羟自由基清除剂的方法。
A new method is developed for determination of the hydroxyl radical in Fenton reaction by spectro photometry. After crystal violet reacts to Fenton regent at pH4 0, the absolution is declines. The change in absorbance Δ A , corresponding to color intensity change of crystal violet can be measured at λ=580nm,so the amount of ·OH produced can be determined indirectly. The optimal determination conditions have been obtained experimentally. The method can be used as a convenient way for the selection of hydroxyl radical scavenger for its good stability.
