水电厂水情自动测报系统和电网水调自动化系统发展回顾与展望

Review and Prospects of Hydrological Forecast System at Hydropower Plants and Waterpower Scheduling Automation System in Power Networks

电网水调自动化系统不仅是水库调度的耳目,也是做好电网调度工作的有力保障。文中对我国水电厂水情自动测报系统和电网水库调度自动化系统的建设及发展进行了较为全面的回顾、分析,阐述了水调自动化系统在水电厂防洪、发电及电网经济运行等方面所发挥的作用和效益,提出了存在的问题和对今后工作的建议。对今后水电厂水情自动测报系统和电网水调自动化系统的发展和运行管理将起到积极的作用。

The waterpower scheduling automation system is not only the 'ear and eye' of reservoir regulation, but also the guarantee of power network dispatching. This paper presents a general review and analysis of the development of the hydrologlcal forecast system at hydropower plants and waterpower scheduling automation system in power networks in China, including the functions and benefits in flood control, power generation and economical operation of power networks. Some existing problems and suggestions are put forward, which are helpful for the development and administration of the hydrologlcal forecast system at hydropower plants and waterpower scheduling automation system in power networks.
