摘要
伦理规范建设不仅是教育评价理论研究的任务,也是评价实践亟待解决的重要问题。文章介绍和分析了美国教育评价伦理规范建设的过程、内容和作用,并对如何提高我国教育评价伦理规范水平提出了对策与建议。
The construction of ethical standards is not only a task of educational evaluation research,but also an important issue which must be dealt with in evaluation practice. This article introduces and analyzes the process,contents and functions of the construction of ethical standards in American educational evaluation. The countermeasures and suggestions are also made so as to elevate the level of ethical standards in our country's educational evaluation.
