摘要
目的建立样品前处理方法简单,灵敏度高,适于对食品中对羟基苯甲酸酯类进行测定的方法。方法使用带二极管阵列检测器的液相色谱仪进行分离检测。结果前处理方法简单易行,应用二极管阵列检测器能有效提高定性的可靠性和定量的准确性。该方法精密度、准确度与相关系数均符合《全国卫生防疫工作规范》的要求。结论方法测定重复性好,灵敏度高,定性定量准确,结果令人满意。
[Objective] To establish a simple and sensitive method for determining parabens. [Methods] High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) with Diode Array Detector (DAD) was used for separation and determination. [Results] Pre-treatment was easy to conduct, the application of DAD can effectively improve the liability and accuracy of detection. The precision, accuracy and relevant coefficients all accord with the demand of 'National Criteria for Hygienic Anti-epidemic Work'. [Conclusion] This method is sensitive, accurate and satisfactory for determining parabens antiseptic in Foods.
