摘要
将体外培养的人牙周膜成纤维细胞置于直流电磁铁产生的恒磁场中处理,探讨磁场对该种细胞DNA代谢的影响。结果发现,在0.14T的恒磁场每天作用10、40、60及120分钟后,细胞核内的DNA含量增加且与作用时间成正比。而磁场只作用一次或隔日作用一次者,DNA含量变化不大。此项结果提示,该磁场对人牙周膜成纤维细胞DNA代谢的影响在时间上有一定的滞后与积累效应,当达到一定阈值后,磁场能够促进细胞DNA的合成。
AbstractIn order to investigate the biological effects ofpermanent magnetic field on cell's DNA tnetabolism,human periodontal ligament (PDL) fibroblasts in vit-ro were treated in a DC electromagnetic field withstrength of 0. 14T. The microscopic-spectrum quan-titative analysis showed that in once-everyday-treating group,the DNA contents in cells increased ifthey were treated 10, 40, 60 and 120 minutes every-day in one week and the longer the treating time last-ed, the more remarkably the DNA contents in-creased. But in the other two groups, in which cellswere treated once every other day as well as one timein one week, no remarkable changes were found. Itindicated that 0. 14T magnetic field has a timede-layed effect and an accumulation effect on PDL cell'sDNA metabolism. When the threshold was achieved,it could promote the cell's DNA synthesis.
