摘要
利用8株不同的白腐菌处理造纸废水,通过考察其对废水COD_(Cr)值、色度、pH值等指标的影响,优选出一株处理效果最好的白腐菌L02。进一步对菌株L02处理造纸废水时较适宜的工艺条件(处理时间、反应温度、废水初始浓度和pH值、通氧量等)进行了优化。结果表明,白腐菌L02可以直接应用于造纸废水的处理,可大幅度降低废水COD_(Cr)含量(降低84%以上)和废水的色度(降低93%以上),并可以降低废水的pH值,显示出了良好的工业化应用前景。
Eight white rot fungi were used from treating wastewater from pulp and paper mill using wheat straw as raw material and the effectiveness of bio-treatment was evaluated in this paper. The fungus L02 was selected among the eight and used in the experiments because the strain could decrease COD (chemical oxygen demand) content, color and pH value of wastewater effectively. The suitable conditions of treatment of wastewater, such as treatment time, reaction temperature, consistency of effluent, initial pH value, and rotating speed of shaking bed, etc. were optimized. The results showed that the fungus L02 has a good commercial outlook and can be used directly for treating the effluent from pulp and paper mill. The COD content and color of effluent were decreased by about 84% and 94% respectively by treating with fungus L02 for 6 days.
