摘要
回顾了浙江省中小学心理健康教育的历史 ,分析了存在的主要问题 ,提出了 2 0 1 0年之前“普及为主 ,兼顾提高”的总体目标和八个具体目标 ,并阐述了实现目标的六个对策 :行政立法 ,使心理教育有法可依 ;整合各方面力量 ,系统培训心理健康教育教师 ;加强宣传和普及活动 ,消除对心理健康的误解 ;以点带面 ,促进心理健康教育的繁荣 ;设置心理健康教育专业 ,培养专业人才 ;加强对外交流 ,注重心理健康教育的本土化。
On the basis of a review of the history of the mental health education in primary and secondary schools in Zhejing Province and an analysis of the existing problems, the author puts forward a general aim and eight objectives before 2010 and elaborates six feasible steps: (1) To legislate the administrative laws for the further development of mental health education; (2) To integrate various social forces for offering systematic training of teachers for mental health education; (3) To strengthen promotion and publicity activities for eliminating the misunderstanding of mental health education; (4) To popularize the successful experience for promoting the prosperity of mental health education; (5) To offer the specialty of mental health education for training specialized talents; and (6) To reinforce the exchange with foreign countries while promoting the localization of mental health education.
