摘要
目的 :对大戟科植物月腺大戟的化学成分进行研究。方法 :色谱和光谱方法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :分离得到 7个化合物 ,其结构经与标准品对照及波谱法鉴定为阿魏酸二十八酯 (Octacosylferulate ,I)、二十四亚甲基环阿尔廷醇 (2 4 methylenecycoartanol,II)、β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,III)、β 香树脂醇乙酸酯 (β amyrinac etate ,IV)、β 香树脂醇 (β amyrin ,V)、二十八烷醇 (1 octacosanol,VI)和蔗糖 (sucrose ,VII)。 结论 :I、IV、V、VI和VII为首次从该植物中分得。
AIM:To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata. METHOD:Various chromatographic techniques were used for isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral methods. RESULT:Seven compounds were isolated. The structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and compared with authentic samples as octacosylferulate,24-methylenecycoartanol,β-sitosterol,β-amyrin acetate,β-amyrin,1-octacosanol and sucrose, respectively. CONCLUSION:Octacosyl ferulate,β-amyrin acetate, β-amyrin,1-octacosanol and sucrose were isolated from Euphorbia ebracteolata for the first time.
