寅时颈动脉加压治疗脑梗塞52例体会

The Realiation on the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction of 52 cases with Pressure Drip of Xuesaitong in the Arteria Carotis at 5:00 in the Morning

目的 探讨不同时间颈动脉加压滴注血塞通治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 将 10 4例患者随机分治疗组和对照组各 5 2例 ,两组于入院后第 1、3、5日分别用血塞通注射液 10ml溶于生理盐水 10 0ml中 ,治疗组选寅时在病灶侧行颈动脉穿刺 ,用加压管加压使液体以 30～ 4 0滴 /分进行滴注。结果 治疗 15日后两组比较血脂较治疗前明显降低 ,全血浓度均降低 (P <0 .0 1)。总有效率治疗组 98.0 7%明显高于对照组的 80 .77%。

Objective To research the clinical effect of the treatment of cerebral infarction with pressure drip of Xue saitong.Methods Dividing the 104 diagnosed patients into two groups at random,52 patients in the therapeutic group, and the other 52 in the control group. The patients in the therapeutic group were given an injection of Xuesaitong of 10ml disolved in 100ml of normal saline in the first ,the third and fifth day at 5:00 in the morning.After puncturing the injection of 30～40 drops every minute pressured with the pressure tube can be dripped into the carotid. Results After 15 days of treatment,blood lipid of the patients was obviously reduced,and the total blood viscosity of all the patients were reduced to P<0.01. The effective rate of the therapeutic group came up to 98.07%,which was better than 80.77% of the control group. Conclusion The pressure drop of Xuesaitong in the arteria carotis at 5:00 in the morning can reduce the period of time of medicine coming to the focus, increase the concent ration of medicine at point of focus, increase the curative effect, and it has no adverse reaction. It is worth popularizing.
