摘要
采用健康纯系大白鼠,DA为供体,Lewis为受体行大鼠异位心脏移植。受体鼠术后经腹腔分别注入生理盐水、4%拟青霉及1%CsA5天。取脾细胞及全血,用3H-TdR掺入法测定T淋巴细胞转化试验及IL-2活性。结果表明一定浓度的拟青霉确有一定的免疫抑制作用,较对照组对IL-2活性及T淋巴细胞转化试验均有抑制作用(P<0.05),但均弱于CsA组(P<0.05).本研究结果提示,虫草类中药在一定程度上有免疫抑制作用,可考虑为临床器官移植辅助性用药。
Abstract The
heterotopic heart allograft model ininbred rats were performed with DA rats asdonors and lewis
rats as recipients.18 trans-planted rats were given intraperitoneally withnormal
saline,4%cordycelps sinensis and 1%CsA respectively for five days.The spleencells and blood
cells of transplanted rats werecollected at 5th day,and then,the activity ofIL-2 and T lymphocyte
blastogenesis test weredetermined by radiative immunological assay(RIA).The result showed
that 4%cordycepssinesis have significant immunosuppresive ef-fect(P<0.05)but still not as
effective asthat of CsA(P<0.05),It was suggested thatcordyceps sinensis could be served as an
adju-vant drug in clinical transplantation.
