轴心受压钢骨—钢管混凝土组合短柱力学性能研究 被引量:18

摘要 为适应建筑结构高耸、大跨的发展,提出了一种重载柱设计的新模式,即钢骨—钢管混凝土组合柱,该组合柱是在钢管混凝土内埋设钢骨。通过12根组合短柱的轴心受压试验,研究了钢骨—钢管混凝土组合短柱的力学性能,讨论了影响这种新型钢—混凝土组合柱性能的主要因素,包括混凝土强度、套箍指标和配骨指标等,给出了该种组合柱的承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:由于钢管、钢骨和混凝土的协同工作,该种组合柱不但具有很高的承载力,而且具有很好的延性,可大大提高建筑物的防倒塌能力;由所给组合柱承载力计算公式计算的结果与实测值吻合良好。 A new design model for heavy load-carrying columns ie steel tube column filled with steel-reinforced concrete is established to adapt to the development of high-rise and long-span structures.This kind of steel-concrete composite column is formed by inserting a steel section into a concrete-filled steel tube.An experimental study on the mechanical properties of the composite column is conducted for 12 short composite columns.The effect of concrete strength,the confinement index and the structural steel index on the mechanical properties of the composite column are discussed,and a formula for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column is proposed in this paper.Results show that the kind of composite column has high bearing capacity and excellent ductility as concrete and steel work together.So the composite column can effectively improve the collapse resistant capacity of buildings.The results calculated by the proposed formula are also in good agreement with the test results.
