构建与北京市经济发展水平和发展趋势相适应的农村社会保障制度日显重要。在对现有的非正式和正式保障项目进行全面评估的基础上,立足于统筹城乡发展、统筹社会和经济发展的基本思路,提出北京市发展农村社会养老保险的政策建议。

It is necessary to construct the rura l social insurance that is adapted to the level and trend of economic development in Beijing.The article points out the suggestion o f developing the rural social pensio n insurance based on the informal and f ormal insurance items evaluated com pletely and the basic thinking of coordinated urban -rural developme nt and coordinated social -economic development.
