摘要
比较了8株草菇菌种摇瓶培养的菌丝生长量,对适宜液态摇瓶培养高产菌丝的草菇菌株进行筛选,结果表明V93菌株产菌丝体量最高。进一步对V93的摇瓶发酵条件进行研究,得到V93的菌丝体生长量较高的摇瓶培养条件为:温度35℃、起始pH=7.5,转速130r/min,培养时间4d,合适氮源和碳源分别为麸皮和葡萄糖,且葡萄糖的适宜质量分数为2%。
According to the comparison in the biomass of 8 Volvariella volvacea with shaking flask culture, V_ 93 could produce the highest yield of mycelium. Furthermore, a study on the flask-shaking cultural condition of higher yield from V_ 93 revealed that the higher yield of biomass could be expected at 35 ℃, pH=7.5, the rotation speed of 130 r/min and the fermentation time of 4 d. The favorite carbon and nitrogen sources were respectively glucose and bran, and the suitable concentration of glucose was 2%.
