摘要
目的:研究心钠素(ANP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对油酸型急性肺损伤(AL I)家兔血及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAL F)中TNF- α、IL- 8和ET- 1含量的影响。方法:观察油酸型AL I家兔ANP+CGRP治疗前、后不同时间静脉血和BAL F中上述3种细胞因子浓度的变化,并于实验结束后测定肺水质量分数。结果:油酸致伤后30、6 0和12 0 min血及BAL F中TNF- α、IL- 8和ET- 1浓度显著增高(P<0 .0 5~0 .0 1) ,尤其以TNF- α增幅最大,ANP+CGRP治疗后各因子浓度明显降低(P<0 .0 5~0 .0 1) ,肺水质量分数也显著降低(P<0 .0 5 )。结论:静脉注射ANP+CGRP可有效降低油酸致伤后血和BAL F中TNF- α、IL- 8及ET- 1含量,抑制肺内炎症反应,减轻肺损伤。
Objective:To investigate the effects of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) on the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and ET-1 in blood and bronchio-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from rabbits with acute lung injuries (ALI) induced by oleic acid.Methods:Concentrations of the three cytokines in venous blood and BALF were continuously analyzed at different time before and after the treatment with ANP and CGRP (0,30,60,120 min). Additionally, extravascular lung water was observed at the end of the study.Results:The concentrations of the three cytokines in blood and BALF were markedly increased at 30, 60 and 120 min after intravenous infusion of oleic acid (P<0.05~0.01). In contrast, the levels of the three cytokines remarkably decreased and remained at a lower state after the intravenous infusion of ANP and CGRP (P<0.05~0.01). So did the extravascular lung water (P<0.005).Conclusion:The intravenous infusion of ANP and CGRP could efficiently decrease the levels of TNF -α、IL-8 and ET-1 in blood and BALF after infusion of oleic acid, inhibit intrapulmonary inflammation and reduce the lung injury.
