大鼠异体肢体移植术后急性排斥反应外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的对大鼠同种异体肢体移植术后急性排斥反应阶段外周血T淋巴亚群的动态监测,以了解其变化与受者免疫状态之间的关系。方法在异体肢体移植术后1、3、5、7、9d,运用流式细胞仪测试外周血T淋巴细胞亚群动态变化。结果术后1d,外周血CD4+和CD8+细胞均明显增加,CD4+/CD8+比值与术前CD4+/CD8+比值差异不显著(P>0·05),术后3d,CD4+增加显著,CD8+增加不明显,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,与术前和术后1d比较差异(P<0·01),术后5~9d,CD4+/CD8+比值仍维持较高水平。结论外周血CD4+/CD8+细胞比值系列变化可用于预测肢体移植急性排斥反应。 Objective To investigate the value of T lymphocyte subsets during the acute rejection of hindlimb allograft in rats. Methods T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood were consecutively detected by using T-lymphocyte subsets monoclonal antibody-OKT at 1?3?5?7?9 d after hindlinm allogrft. Results The value of CD4^+ and CD8^+ increase obviously 1 d postoperation, however, the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ has no difference(P>0.05). the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ increses obviously in 3 d and has significance compared to ratio in 1 d. the ratio still keep a higher level during 5 d-9 d after operation. Conclusion The ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ can predict and monitor the acute rejection of limb allograft.
