摘要
应用PCR扩增与直接测序技术,分析10例食管癌和癌旁组织标本中多个抑癌基因p53、Rb、APC和MCC的突变与丢失。结果:10例中6例有p53基因突变;5例有Rb基因改变;3例有APC改变;3例有MCC基因改变;8例食管癌标本中至少有一种抑癌基因有改变;6例至少有两种或多种抑癌基因改变,1例癌旁组织中也有两个抑癌基因改变。结果表明,食管癌癌变与多个抑癌基因变化的累积有关。

mutation and deletion of the multiple tumorsuppressor genes, including p53, Rb, APC and
MCCin the same tissue of humanesophageal cancer (EC)and adjacent non-tumor were analysed
by PCR am-plification and direct sequencing. In 10 cases of EC 6were found mutationsof p53
gene , 5 were found ab-normiality of Rb gene , 3 were found mutation ofAPC gene, 3 were found
mutation of MCC gene, 8were found atleration abnormality of tumorsuppressor genes Rb, p53,
APC and MCC, 6 werefound two or more abnormality of the tumorsuppressor genes. The results
indicated that the altera-tions in multiple of tumor suppressor genes were re-lated to
carcinogenesis of human esophageal cancer.
