摘要
良法的标准包括形式标准和实体标准。社会主义良法的形式标准与价值法学中的形式价值趋于一致,社会主义良法的实体标准与价值法学中的目的价值有差异,但也有异曲同工之妙。
The standards of good law consist of two aspects : standards in form and standards in substantiality. The socialist formal standards of good law correspond to the formal values of axiological law; the socialist substantial standards of good law differ from the objective values of axiological law; but they also have some similarities.
