摘要
在离体条件下,以鲤鱼肝脏EROD酶为生物标志物研究了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚及壬基酚的毒性效应.结果表明,在一定的浓度范围内,2种受试物对鲤鱼肝脏EROD酶均有激活作用.受试物浓度对EROD酶的活性的影响规律为高浓度时抑制,低浓度时诱导.试验时间和作用温度对离体条件下EROD酶的诱导有较大的影响,20℃的诱导温度和20min的诱导时间可得到较为理想的试验结果.离体条件下的鱼肝EROD酶的诱导是评价外来化学物污染效应的一种好方法.
The toxical effects of nonylphenol ethoxylates and nonylphenol were studied with EROD in liver of carp as biomarker under external condition. These two tested substances all had activation on EROD enzyme in liver of carp. Under definite range of concentrations, with the affecting rule of inhibiting at high concentration and inducing at low concentration. The test time and the action temperature had greater influences on inducing EROD enzyme under external condition. More ideal test results would be obtained at 20 min and 20℃ of inducing. Inducing of fish liver EROD enzyme under external condition was certainly a good method to estimate the contaminative effect of chemical substances.
