摘要
高校青年教师职业满意度研究具有重要的现实意义。调查分析表明,职业爱好和专业兴趣、专业发展、社会认同、经济收入等,是影响高校青年教师职业满意度的重要因素。高等学校应切实采取措施,提高青年教师的经济待遇,促进青年教师的专业发展,坚定其对教育工作的信念,从而提高青年教师的职业满意度。
The research on satisfaction of college young teachers has important practical implication.We can find from the research that the important factors including professional interest and development, social identification and income,etc. The colleges should adopt asuitable policy to improve the young teachers' income . So we can promote their professional development to affirm their job belief and enhance the satisfaction of college young teachers.
