数字图书馆信息服务模式发展研究

Research on Development of Information Service Mode in Digital Libraries

作者以数字图书馆从低级到高级的发展阶段为线索,探讨了其服务模式的具体发展过程与规律。认为数字图书馆的信息服务模式历经了“馆员中心”、“资源中心”、“产品中心”模式的发展后正在向“用户中心”模式演变,未来将是一种基于用户信息活动、面向问题、服务主动与利用自助相结合的集成式信息服务模式。

Taking the development stages of digital libraries as clues,the authors inquire into the concrete process and law of digital libraries in developing their service modes.They believe that the information service mode of the digital library is evolving into the customer-centered mode after experiencing the development of the librarian-centered mode,resources-centered mode and product-centered mode.The future will be a kind of integrated information service mode based on the information activities of customers to solve problems and integrating active service with self-assistance.
