摘要
目的研究不同含锶量的聚磷酸钙骨修复材料的机械性能。方法通过溶液反应方法制备11种含不同锶/钙(Sr/Ca)摩尔比例的磷酸二氢锶和磷酸二氢钙的混合物,经高温烧结后制得掺锶聚磷酸钙骨修复材料,并测得其抗压强度以及在降解过程中压强变化。结果不同掺锶量的聚磷酸钙具有不同的力学强度,其中锶钙比为3:7的掺锶聚磷酸钙强度最高,达到309MPa,并且在降解过程中强度损失率比聚磷酸钙慢。结论锶元素的加入可以提高聚磷酸钙的力学强度并可以减缓降解过程中材料的强度损失。
Objective To study the mechanic properties of strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate ceramics containing different amounts of strontium. Methods The samples of strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate for study were prepared by sintering the mixture of calcium phosphate monobasic monohydrate and strontium phosphate monobasic monohydrate. The evaluation of mechanic property was done by measuring the compressive strength or its change during the degradation. Results The compressive strength of strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate, in which the molar ratio of Ca/Sr was 3:7, was the highest of 309Mpa. The strength loss of the sample was slower than that of the calcium polyphosphate. Conclusion The strength of samples can be increased and its strength loss can be slower with the addition of strontium to the calcium polyphosphate.
