摘要
通过益气维血冲剂对缺铁性贫血大鼠模型（ＩＤＡ大鼠模型）的复健实验，表明它有促进ＩＤＡ大鼠生长发育和迅速提高ＩＤＡ大鼠ＨＢ、ＲＢＣ、ＨＣＴ和ＭＣＨＣ的作用，对防治大鼠缺铁性贫血有良好效果。
he effective ingredient of Yi Qi Wei Xue Granule (YQWXG)
is the heme extractedfrom animal blood. In this study, the iron-deficiency anemia (IDA) rat model
was usedto observe the effect of YQWXG. The result showed that YQWXG can promote thegrowth
development of IDA rats and increase their hemoglobin, RBC,hematocrit andmean corpuscular
hemoglobin concentration, suggesting that YQWXG is eff,ve for theprevention and treatment of IDA
in rats.
