摘要
潜熄宁对二肾一夹肾血管性高血压大鼠(2K1C—RHR)模型,在用药3天后血压即明显下降(p<0.01),2周后降到最低,停药一周后虽稍有回升,但仍明显低于给药前(p<0.01)。而对造模术后1周的2K1C—RHR模型预防用药1周后血压上升明显抑制(p<0.01),连续给药4周,血压维持在18kPa左右,且均明显降低模型左室重(LV)、右室重(RV)和LV/RV、全心室重/体重(VWBW)的比值(p<0.01),明显改善模型的消瘦状况(p<0.05),与复方降压胶囊无明显差异(p>0.05),但明显优于空白组(p<0.01)。
he hypertension ral model was established by clamping
of bilateral renal arteries,which was appliedfor the study of the effect of Qian Xi Ning.The blood
pressure was significantly lowered (p<0.01) after3 days of Oian Xi Ning administration,and
attained the lowest level after 2 weeks.After suspension ofthe drug for one week,the blood
pressure rose again but was still lower than the level before drugadministration (p<0.01).After
the hypertension model was established for one week, preventiveapplication of the drug for one
week can inhibit the elevation of blood pressure(P<0.01),and successiveadministration for 4
weeks maintained the spstolic blood pressure at about 18 KPa.Meanwhile the volumeof left
ventricle and right ventricle,LV/RV and ventricular weight/body weight ratios were
redueed(P<0.01).The emaciated status of the model was miproved (p<0.05). Its effects showed
no significantdifference with Hypotensive Capsule Co. (P >0.05) but superior than the blank
control group(P<0.01).
