On the Quality-oriented Education and Latent Circumstance Construction on Campus

素质教育是高等学校十分重视的问题。从校园潜在环境的角度,阐述了潜在环境建设的重要性以及与素质教育的关系,进一步提出重视潜在环境的建设,以提高大学生素质教育的实效。

As we all know that the universities value the quality education greatly. The author elaborates the importance of setting a latent circumstance and its relationship with quality-oriented education from the aspect of latent circumstance on campus. This article also suggests more attention on the construction of latent circumstance in order to enhance the actual effect of our quality-oriented education for the college students.
