医院感染革兰阴性杆菌耐消毒剂基因研究 被引量:51

摘要 目的了解浙江湖州解放军第98医院临床分离的医院感染革兰阴性杆菌中,耐消毒剂基因qacE△1存在状况。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及序列分析的方法,分析147株革兰阴性杆菌(分别为鲍氏不动杆菌63株、铜绿假单胞菌30株、阴沟肠杆菌20株、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌19株、黄杆菌属细菌15株)中qacE△1基因。结果147株革兰阴性杆菌qacE△1基因阳性96株,总阳性率为65.3%;阴沟肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌和黄杆菌属细菌qacE△1基因阳性株数分别为17(85.0%)、25(83.3%)、52(82.5%)、2(10.5%)、0。结论临床分离的医院感染革兰阴性杆菌中,耐消毒剂基因qacE△1携带率比较高,应引起我国医院消毒界的重视。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfectants-resistant gene of qacE△1 in Gram-negative bacteria caused nosocomial infection isolated from the 98th Hospital of PLA, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. METHODS Totally 147 strains of Gram-negative bacteria (included 63 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, 30 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 20 strains of Enterobacter cloacae, 19 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, and 15 strains of Flavobacterium) were clinically isolated. The disinfectant-resistant gene of qacE△1 of these strains were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and verified by DNA sequencing. RESULTS The total positive rate of gene of qacE△1 was 65.3% in the 147 strains tested. The positive rates of gene of qacE△1 in E. cloacae, P. aeruginosa, A. baumannii, S. maltophilia, and Chryseobacterium were 85.0%, 83.3%, 82.5%, 10.5% and 0.0%, (respectively.) CONCLUSIONS There are higher positive percentages of gene of qacE△1 in Gram-negative bacteria caused nosocomial infection isolated from the 98th Hospital of PLA, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, and the situation ought to be attended.
