县域农业经济发展多指标可拓综合评价方法

Extension Multi-factor Evaluation Method of the Countywide Agriculture Economy Development

按照物元模型、可拓数学方法与关联函数理论,根据县域农业经济发展理论,建立了县域农业经济发展综合评价的物元模型。通过计算其综合关联度,将多指标的评价归结为单目标决策,给出定量的数值评定结果,利用综合关联度进行综合定量分析,直观全面地衡量了县域农业经济发展状态。选择湖南省宁远县县域农业经济的发展状况作为评价实例,研究表明,该评价方法结构合理,实际意义明确,评价结果较为直观明确地反映了宁远县县域农业经济发展水平,这表明该评价方法对县域农业经济发展的评价有着较高的应用价值。

Analyzing the elements that influence the development of countywide agriculture economy, the multi-ingredient of countywide agriculture economy assessment is transformed into the single-(object) decision, and the results can directly show the integrative level of the development of countywide agriculture (economy.) The extension multi-factor evaluation method is used in Ningyuan County of Hunan province, and the (evaluation) index system was proved to be rationale, the evaluation method is simple and practicable, and the (evaluation) (result) tallies with the fact.
