在市场经济环境下，由于计算机技术的运用和信息网络化的形成，企业集团财务管理发生了很大的变化，就这一问题，本人从财务分配战略、内部理财机制构建战略、网络财务监控战略等3个方面进行了研究，提出了一些个人的见解，供各位同仁参考。
In market economy, with the application of computer technology and the formation of the network of information, great changes in financial management of enterprise groups have taken place.
