对中国煤炭工业发展的思考

Consideration on the development of China's coal industry

从煤炭生产的经济性、对环境的影响、高产高效角度,分析了中国煤炭工业所面临的发展现状和存在的问题,提出应按照煤炭城市发展规律引导其健康发展,发展下游产业和非煤产业,采用新技术发展高产高效生产;对乡镇煤矿进行整顿,促进技术、管理升级;煤炭企业要走新型工业化道路。

The paper analyzes the development and problems of China's coal industry from the aspects of the economy of coal production and its influence on the environment as well as its high productivity. It presents that coal industry' healthful development should be lead according to coal city's development rule, the downriver and non-coal industry should be developed and new technique should be adopted to develop high-yielding and high-efficient production. Coal mine at township level should be rectified and the technique and management should be upgraded. Coal enterprise should pursue a new-type industrialized road.
