摘要
从大港油田氧化塘池中分离得到1株能降解原油产生生物表面活性剂的菌株I. 经鉴定, 该菌株为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus). 用气相色谱仪进行原油的全烃组分分析, 结果表明原油的重质组分减少, 轻质组分增加, 从而可使原油的流动性增加. 通过选用不同培养基培养来优化代谢产物, 确定了培养基的最佳组成. 最后通过岩心模拟试验来验证其提高原油采收率的可能性. 结果表明: 增大菌液的浓度, 提高采收率的幅度增大;注入菌液的时机不同, 提高采收率的幅度也不相同.
An oil degradable and surface active agent strain I was produced and isolated from water sample in oxidation pool of Dagang Oilfield. The strain was Bacillus based on identification. Measurement with gas chromatography showed that heavier compositions of oil were reduced, lighter compositions were increased, and so the fluidity of oil was increased. The optimum culture was ascertained through the optimization of metabolizability with different culture. The effect of raw oil recovery was validated through simulation experiment of rock core.The result showed that oil recovery was increased with the concentration of bacteria increasing; when the time of injection of microorganisms was different, oil recovery was also different.
