摘要
为促进秸秆资源的利用,满足家畜生产的需要,采用不同品种的早籼稻为青贮原料,以乳酸菌制剂的不同添加水平:对照、水平1(乳酸菌质量分数0.001%)、水平2(0.023%)、水平3(0.045%))进行添加处理,将30cm×20cm的聚乙烯青贮袋抽真空,室温条件下青贮60d后开封并对青贮饲料进行品质评定。结果表明:乳酸菌制剂处理除对青贮饲料的DM量和ADL含量无显著影响外(P>0.05),对其他指标均有显著影响(P<0.05)。CP含量随乳酸菌制剂添加量的增大而增大,其中水平3的较对照高8.41%;NDF和ADF含量随乳酸菌制剂添加量的增大而下降,其中水平3的较对照低10.92%和10.48%。添加乳酸菌制剂可使青贮饲料品质得到明显改善。青贮原料品种不同饲料品质存在差异,除乳酸含量外,原料品种对青贮饲料其他指标均有显著影响(P<0.05)。本研究选择的3种青贮原料中嘉育948全株早籼稻最适宜作青贮原料。
In order to improve the utilization of straws, early indica rices of different varieties with various appending amounts of lactobacillus were appraised for their qualities, in which Lactobacillus was added at the rates of 0001%, 0023% and 0045% respectively and the mixtures were placed into a vacuum-packed polyethylene bags and stored at room temperature for 60d. The results showed that lactobacillus had a remarkable effect on the silage quality without the content of DM and ADL. The CP content increased with the amount of Lactobacillus additive and the CP content of the mixture with 0045% Lactobacillus was 841% higher than the control; however the content of NDF and ADF decreased with the amount of Lactobacillus additive and those of above mixture was 1092% and 1048% lower than the control respectively. The quality of the silage was improved with the lactobacillus addition. The quality of the silage was improved with the lactobacillus addition. The different material also affected silage quality remarkably, but lactic acid content, and the quality of whole-plant Jiayu 948 silage was the best.
